Event Submission Form


Submission Options & Guidelines:


Event: A global event open to the campus community that is not already featured on the Global Brandeis web site (see http://www.brandeis.edu/globalbrandeis/events.html). Please include the date, location, time and purpose of the event. Events can be tentative - please mark as "pending." Events with an existing live web link (either through MyBrandeis or another page) are given preference.

News Story: A news article about a Brandeis program, event, partnership, person or initiative. The article or feature must have an existing live web link either within the Brandeis web site or an outside web site.

Opportunity (for students, faculty or staff): An opportunity to study, conduct research, work or team up on a service project abroad. You can also include information sessions. Opportunities sponsored by or within Brandeis are given preference, but we will also accept opportunities run by organizations outside of Brandeis. Please include any application deadlines. Opportunities with a live web link are preferred (please include link).

Bulletin/blog posting: An idea calling for collaboration, a link to a blog, or a call to action.

A Small Feature for the Global Brandeis web site: Feature your program/department/project on the Global Brandeis web site. These short profiles/descriptions will be gateways into your particular department, program, event, or faculty page site. They are intended to build upon and link to existing web pages. Please limit to 40 words. For examples, see http://www.brandeis.edu/globalbrandeis/sustainable_new.html

Pictures/Media: You may include an optional picture/media that we will try to display on the web site or in the weekly email. Please make sure to describe the photo (subject matter, photographer) in the submission description.
